A little about me....

My life experiences have shaped me into the person I am today. Almost any issue I can help with, I have personally been affected by or experienced in my own life. I believe the most beautiful growth and expansion can happen out of life’s hardships. I am on a never-ending journey of learning and growing, adjusting and changing. I am realizing my life’s mission in helping others in their own journey.

I know the power of the subconscious mind and I am committed to helping you reach your goals by using it. Hypnotherapy and related modalities have helped me in ways beyond my imagination. I can truly say I am living a life beyond my wildest dreams.

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, with over 500 hours of training from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. I am a proud member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists, founded by Matthew Brownstein. 

I am also a graduate of St. Petersburg College, having earned an Associate in Arts degree, and a Certificate in Addiction Studies. I am forever looking to expand my knowledge, so I am almost certain there is more to come!
